SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround times are between 3 and 4 weeks and we will coordinate delivery when it is ready to ship to you. Your ring will shipped via an insured Fedex overnight shipment. It will require a signature upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns due to the custom nature of each ring. Your ring will be made specifically for you based on your ring size, setting, metal color and diamond selections.

How long does it take to receive my ring after ordering?

Most rings will ship within 3 to 4 weeks after placing your order. Please note that holidays can cause delays. We will always keep you informed on the progress of your ring and estimated delivery date.

where will my ring be made?

Your ring will be made from start to finish in New York City’s Diamond District - the heart of the jewelry industry in the United States.

can i pick up my ring in person instead of shipping?

Of course! We will let you know when your ring is ready and can schedule an appointment for you to pick up your ring from our New York studio.

Where do your diamonds come from?

We source our diamonds from a select handful of trusted suppliers that are also located in NYC. We work closely with these partners to curate beautiful diamonds that meet are high standards of quality. If you are interested in specific origin information for your diamond we will be happy to provide that.

What if i want a different diamond shape or setting style?
