About our Settings

At LGDNY, we offer a curated assortment of classic settings to choose from. We’ve kept our assortment small with variations of our favorite settings. Discover our classic and compass solitaire and bezel settings below.

Classic Solitaires

Our classic four prong solitaire setting is as classic as it comes. This style will never go out of style and is a great choice for the traditionalist. There are also so versatile and are the perfect starting piece to pair with additional eternity bands and rings as your collection grows. Our four prong solitaire is set on a slim beveled band that has three distinct edges. This added sculptural element adds a modern touch to this standard setting style. We offer round brilliant, emerald cut and oval diamonds in the classic four prong setting in your choice of 14k yellow or white gold or platinum.

Compass Set Solitaire

The compass setting is very similar to the classic four prong setting but the prongs are placed in slightly different places. While a classic four prong is placed at the four corners of your diamond, our compass setting aligns with the band for a more seamless look. We offer this style with a round brilliant diamond and a slightly wider beveled band in your preferred metal color.

Bezel Settings

A bezel wraps a layer of gold or platinum around your diamond to create a modern yet entirely classic engagement ring style. We think this is the perfect combination of timeless and edgy. Our bezel setting is available with round, oval and emerald cut diamonds. We offer emerald cut versions in both classic and east west setting styles (see the below images for reference - the platinum emerald cut ring is set in an east west style). We also offer an octagon bezel setting with a round brilliant diamond. The octagon adds a sculptural design element that is perfect for the trendsetter.

Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions on our engagement ring settings or if we can help with anything else.
